Creating a memorial keepsake is a very personal process. Here's what you can expect from your first enquiry through to receiving your finished piece.

Once your order is confirmed, I'll explain exactly what I need from you and how to package and send it safely.
Your keepsake is handmade with care, with your precious inclusion carefully placed into your chosen design.
Your finished piece is carefully prepared and packaged, ready for you to treasure for years to come.
Every memory is different. Depending on the piece you've chosen, I can preserve a range of precious personal inclusions.
Your inclusions are precious, so I'll give you clear instructions before anything is posted. Please don't send anything until your order has been confirmed and you've received the relevant instructions from me.
Flowers can be incorporated into a keepsake, and I also offer floral bouquet preservation for wedding or funeral flowers. This can be discussed with me before your order so we can decide what will work best for your flowers.
Please note: Not all mould shapes and sizes available for floral preservation are shown on the website. If you have something specific in mind, please get in touch and I can send you pictures of the moulds available for your floral preservation. Larger moulds are also available.
Where possible, any unused precious inclusion will be handled with care and returned to you when appropriate. I'll discuss this with you as part of your order.
Because each piece is handmade and every inclusion is different, your finished keepsake will be completely individual. Small variations are part of what makes handmade memorial art special.
